Beginning: The part of the story where setting and characters are introduced.

Middle: This makes up the bulk of the story. Conflict develops and action rises. The approaching climax begins to feel proto-orgasmic.

End: Here is where the idiot writer fucks it up, adds a clever twist, and everyone dies.
